Regulatory Mandate
As per SEBI guidelines, mutual fund distributors are registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI). We act solely in the capacity of a mutual fund distributor. We distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes and assist investors in executing transactions. We do not charge direct consultation fees from clients for mutual fund transactions, and our remuneration is received from AMCs as disclosed on our Disclosures page.

Step 2: SEBI SCORES Portal Escalate
If the grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, or if you do not receive a response, you can escalate the matter online by lodging a complaint on the SEBI SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) portal.
